Information involved
This corporate site has no account registration or online ordering. The wholesale enquiry form prepares a draft in your chosen WhatsApp or email app. Its contents are not stored on our server. When you send the message, your details reach us through the communication service you choose. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, message and product enquiry. The hosting service may process technical records such as IP address, access time and browser information to deliver and secure the site.
Purpose and sharing
We use contact information to respond to your enquiry, discuss products and supply, and meet legal obligations when applicable. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis may relate to entering into or performing a contract, a legal obligation or legitimate interests. Information may be shared with communications and hosting providers where necessary to provide these services, and with competent authorities when legally required.
Anonymous site measurement
We count page views, browser sessions, views of the dried fig and olive oil sections, clicks to Figlova or WhatsApp, and enquiry draft preparations. Preparing a draft does not mean the message was sent. A random session identifier is kept in browser session storage to avoid counting the same session twice in a day. We do not store names, email addresses or IP addresses in this measurement database. The dashboard shows aggregate counts.

Links to Figlova, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram take you to those services, which handle information under their own policies. Google Fonts may be used to load typefaces; your browser connects to that service when doing so.
